Running many coding agents at once
Notes on the problem Agentbox exists for. Every comparison names where another tool wins and carries the date its figures were checked.

How these are written
Star counts, licences, platforms and commit dates come from the GitHub API on the day of writing, not from other articles, and the comparison tables are generated from that data rather than typed by hand.
This category moves fast enough that four tools still being recommended in articles published this year are dead, deprecated or have changed into something else. Anything out of date on these pages is worth an issue, which gets it corrected.
Agentbox is the smallest project in its own tables.
Agentbox
Run dozens of Claude Code and Codex agents in parallel, each in its own git worktree, and only hear from the ones that need you. Free and open source.
